No horses to be allowed to enter for any of these races unless being the bona fide property of the person entering such horse for a period of one month prior to the race, and a resident within twenty miles of Coal Creek. All disputes, claims, and objections arising v\i of - the races shall be decided by the Stewards, and their decision upon all points shall be final. No person allowed to enter a horse for any race in this programme unless the latter be qualified as the bona Jide property of a subscriber to the race fund of not less than one guinea.
