The "Morning Post" denies the rumour regarding the establishment of a Regency in Britain. At Stenbenville, New York State, two boys, aged 5 and 10 respectively, murdered a cripple by burning him alive. During October, 14,263 emigrants left Liverpool for America. At Kingston, Jamaica, a negro woman has killed and eateu 26 children whom she had decoyed.
