Ellis v. Roche, -No service. Fresh summons to issue. Harm v. Moodie. — Claim, £&. No appearance of defendant. Verdict for amount claimed with costs.
Tong On v. Bung Cum. — Claim, £6 8s 9d, for goods sold and delivered. Defendant pleaded indebtedness, at the same time poverty, and as he could not pay any part, nor inform the Court when he could do so, verdict for amount with costs was given.
