VTOTrCE. — Application will be made to j\| the "District Court of the Otago Goldfields, Jiolden at Lawrence, on Tuesday, the twelfth day of December next, at the hour of eleven o'clock forenoon, or as soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard, for a declaration of the complete execution of a Deed of Arrangement, dated the fourteeuth day of October, 1871, made between Matthew Hay, of Lawrence, auctioneer, of the first part, the Trustee therein named of the second part, and all the creditors of the said Matthew Hay of the third part, and filed in the said District Court on the sixteenth day of October, ] 871.
