Nelsos, November 9tli. The Chicago fire is believed to have been, the work of incendiaries. Two men were caught firing buildings,, and were shot at once.' A great gale was blowing at the time of the fire. A case of cholera has occurred in* Newcastle. Two steamers, of 4600 and 4800 tons respectively, are being built on the Clyde for the American trade. The Queen is suffering from rheumatism in the foot and an abscess in the neck. The circular of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency recommends tho formation in London of a company to carry on the whale fishery in New Zealand waters. The .Jessie Headman, from ptago,,arrived at London on September 11th.
