Lynch. — For allowing two cows to trespass within the town boundary. Pleaded guilty. Fined s»;and costs. jy&ncroucslcey v. Mrs. Hunt — For unlawfully assaulting him by throwing a stone at him. From the evidence it appeared that the parties, although neighbours, have not been living on good terms, and that the quarrel arose from fowls and geese. That Mrs. Hunt, on the 3rd November, was seen to lift tomething off the ground, which complainant alleged was a piece of cement about 2lbs. weight. Also, that she was heard making use of indelicate language. Fined 20s aud costs.
