PURSUANT to a Decree of the Su- *- preme Court of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, made in a suit between William M'Beath, on behalf of himself and all other the unsatisfied creditors of William Henry Griffin, deceased, plaintiff, and Donald John MfDonald, Ebenezer Halley, John Christopher Ro1 berts, and Elizabeth, his wife, defendants, the creditors of the said William Henry Griffin, late of Lawrence, in the Province of Otago, New Zealand, Licensed Victualler, deceased, who died,' on or about the twenty-ninth day of August, 1869, are, by their Solicitors, on or before the second day of November next, to come in and prove their debts by affidavit before Edward ffrancis Ward, Esquire, the Registrar of the Supreme Court, •at the Supreme Court, Dunedin, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Decree.
