IN BANKRUPTCY. i IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE OTAGO GOLDFIELDS, HOLDEN AT LAWKENCE. NOTICE is hereby given, that at the first meeting of the Creditors of Donald Clark aud Hugh Clard, of Clarks Flat, in the Province of Otago, bankrupts, holden on Saturday, the 24th day of Juue, 1871, at the Courthouse, Lawrence, Richard Henry Leary, of Dunedin, Esquire, the Provisional Trustee in Bankruptcy, was chosen Trustee of the estate and effects of the said bankrupts; and the said Richard Henry Leary having signified hib consent to act as such Trustee, the choice of the said Richard Henry Leary as such Trustee as aforesaid has been confirmed by the Court : And notice is hereby further given that a public sitting of the District Court of the Otago Goldfields has been appointed to take place at the Courthouse, Lawrence, on Tuesday, the Bth day of August next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the above-named bankrupts to pass their last examination, and make application for their discharge.
