She brings Melbourne commercial dates to the 21st inst. Late reductions in sugars fully maintained. Breadstuffs very dull. Flour, £14 10s. to £14 15a. ; wheat, 6s. Id. ; oats, dull of sale, at 33. Bd. to 3s. 9d. Port Chalmers, 26th, April. Another fatal case of 4 scarlatina is reported.
