Saturday, Ist April, 1871

Re Andre"w Campbell, a bankrupt. The first meeting of creditors was hnld, but no creditors appearing, the same was adjourned till Saturday, the Bth April, at 10 o'clock forenoon. Mr. Copland appeared as counsel for the bankrupt.

Re Francis Moyle, insolvent. In this matter, Mr. Copland, counsel for the insolvent, presented a petition for adjudica J ion, ( the prayer of which wa3 granted. The first meeting of creditors to take place at the Courthouse, Lawrence, on the Brh day of April inst., at 10 o'clock forenoon.
