OAPSTICK • has received instructions from John Dewe, Esq., of the Grove, Tokomairiro, to sell by auction, at the Auctioneer's rooms, Milton, on Tuesday, the 4th of April, at 2 o'clock — All that parcel of Land, in the Province of Otago, known by the name of GRANGE FARM, Tokomairiro, being sections 92, 93, and 94, block XL, Tokomairiro district, now in the occupation of Mr. Joseph Parker, containing by admeasurement 157 acres 2 roods (more or less), together with six-roomed dwellinghouse, dairy, four-stalled stable, loose box, large barn, stackyard, cowshed and stockyard, piggez-ies, &c. The above Farm is all first-class arable land, composed of rich loamy soil, all level and easily worked, and sitna'inn good, being only th/ee-quarters of a mile from the Tovo^lf pof Milton. There are SO acres laid do^'n in English grass, 70 acres in stubble 5 acres in potatoes and t-ii-iiips, 2\ acres (more or less) taken up as garden, stackyard, stockyard, dwellinghouse, and other buildings. The Farm is all well and sufficiently fenced, land in good and healthy condition, never having been over-cropped. Applications will be taken into consideration on or before the 10th of April next ; after that date legal proceedings will be taken against any one Depasturing Stock on the Goldfields Commonages without a License. ~No Licenses will be granted for entire horse 3 over twelve months old ; neither will Licenses be granted far bulls. A full return of all the Stock in possession of applicants must be given, including the number allowed for their qualifications.
