(Extended Jurisdiction.) (Before His Honour Mr. Justice Grey.) Fkiday, Feb. 17.
M'Nab & Co. v. Hales & Co. Claim, £1000 damages, sustained by plaintiff in consequence of defendants working. This case occupied the Court the whole of the day. Verdict for plaintiffs for £60 and costs. Mr. M'Coy appeared for the defendants, and Mr. Gooday for the plaintiffs.
