TOWN PLATE, of 30 soys. ; entrance, £1 10s. ; distance, three miles ; weight for age. HANDICAP TROTTING RACE, of 30 soys. ; entrance, 10s. Gd. ; distance, three miles ; no weight under list. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, of 10 soys. ; entrance, 10s. Gd. ; distance, one and a half mile ; for all boaten horses.

RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 31b. No entries will be received for any of the above ryces, except on this condition, viz., that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the Programme to be final. No person will be allowed to rnn or enter ahorse for any race in this programme unless the same is the bona fide property of a subscriber of Ll Is to the race fund. Post entries for all the above races. . Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. Three horses to start or the public money -will not be given. I Hereby Give Notice that E have this clay applied to the Warden for a lease of land for agricultural purposes, at and being section 14, block 1. , Waikaia District, comprising 47 acres, or thereabout ; and that the said application will be heard at the Warden's Office, Switzers, on Wednesday, 21ts December.
