Millard and others v. Cullen and others. -Mr M'Coy for the defendants Tins was an objection to the issue of a certificate for an extended claim situated at Wetheratones.
The evidence was very conflicting and uninteresting: Mr. M'Coy endeavoured to show that the plaintiffs had n.»t marked out their claim as required by the regulations and the decision of the Warden in Hardy v. Coombe, and, therefore, were not in a position to object to any part of their supposed claim bums? encroached on, aa th^y were nut legally entitled to the possession of tlie ground ..
