The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of " The Ota^o, Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 18i)5;'* bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent, per anuum, payable half-yearly, at the option of the purchaser, in either London, Melbourne, or Dunedin, and are secured on the City Rates. The Bonds are for £59 each, or such higher amount as may be arranged with any purchaser, and will be redeemable in the year one thousand nine hundred.
