No entries will be received for any of the above races, except on this condition, viz., that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they nviy appoint. Their decision on all points conneoted with the oarrying out of the Programme to be final. No person will be allowed to run or enter a horss for any race in this programme unless the same is the boiia fidn property of a subscriber of LI Is. to the race fund. Post entries for all the above races. \ Five per cent, will bo deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. Three horses to start or the public money will not be given.
