TUAPEKA DRAMATIC CLUB.
This club gave the first of a series of dramatic entertainments, on behalf of the funds of the Tuapeka Hospital, *on Thursday last, The pei'formance took Ljjace in the Sportsman's Arras, pFWetherstones. The evening was cold and dark, and it was surprising to observe so many people preseut, c Mr. Bastings stated that Mr, M'Coy, jbwing to a pressure of professional had not been able to prepare his promised prologue, but Dr. Halley had kindly written one as a substitute, which he would call upon the doctor to read.
