Nominations for the Handicap to be sent to the Secretary before the 14th November, together with the name, age, and colour of the horse. Weight to be declared in the " Tuapeka Times " on Thursday, 24th November. Weights for the Hurdle Race, and distances for the Trotting Race to be declared on the night of general entry. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 31bs. No entries will be received for any of the above Races, excepi on this condition, viz., that all disputes, claims, and objections ai-ising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the Programme lo be final. No person will be allowed to run or enter a horse for any race in this programme unle33 the same is the bona fide property of a subscriber of £1 Is, to the Race Fund. Entries will be receivod by the Secretary up to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, 30th November, at the Roxburgh Ferry Hotel. Entrance money enclosed with the name, age, and pedigree of the Horse, the name of the owner, and the colours of the rider. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered, will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be deduoted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. Three horses to start, or the public money will not be given. . .
