Mails close at this office as under: — For RunecVin, via Wuitahunn, CHcwe, Tokomairiro, and all offices between Tofcoinniriro and Duuedin, daily at 8 p.m . Sundays at 5 p.m. For Blue Spur, daily, at 5 p.m. j For Wctheistones, daily, afc 5 p.m. For Beaumont, Miller's Flat, Teviot Junction, Lon£ Valley, Manuherikia, Clyde, and offices beyond Clyde, every Wednesday, at 5 p.m. For Pomaliaka, Switzers, and Nokomai, every Friday, at 5 p.m. For Tapanui, on Friday, at 5 p.m. All up-country mails arrive in Lxwrence every Wednesday evening. The office closes, for sale of stamps, issue and payment of money orders, registration and delivery of letters, punctually at 5 p.m The Telegraph Office is open to the public on week days from 9 am to 5 p.m., and on Sundays from 10 to 10 30 a.m., and 5 to 5.30 p.m., N.Z. mean time.
