Goldsmith v. M'Lusky.— Claim, £30, being balance due on acceptance. No appearance of either party. Mr. M'Coy handed to the Court a written consent by the defendant to enter judgment against him, with costs, and half the usual professional fee.
Corporation of Lawrence v. M'Nickle. — This case was adjourned a second time until this morning, as his Honour ruled that defendant should be furnished with an account of the defalcations of the late rate collector.
