Mr. Webb's Subsidy Bill has lapsed, but will bo among the first business taken up when Congress meets. Collie, Stewart, and Co., in a letter to the " News of the World," state that their line will go into immediate operation on receiving certain documents from Australia, showing that they will pay the balance of the subsidy asked, and that the colonial contributions will be largely aided by subsidies from America and the Sandwich Jslands.
