WARDEN'S COURT.

(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.) Thuksday, September 8. Cotter v. Hinds and King. — In this case the parties were mates in a mining claim on Tuapeka Flat, and as they could, not get on agreeably, plaintiff applied to have the partnership dissolved, and the claim sold. As all the parties were agreeable, the order was at once given, and the partnership dissolved, the claim to be sold, and the proceeds to be equally divided after paying all liabilities. Mr. Copland appeared for plaintiff.
