Aitken Connell, Esq., Manager of the Blue Spur Sluicing Company (Registered), to sell by axiction, on the above date, at 1 p' clock, Blue Spur time, AH that splended Claim known as the Blue Spixr Sluicing- Company (Pegistered), and consisting of two leases, No. 48 and No. SG, amounting to 7 acres and 9 poles, more or less ; also, a Water-race nine miles long, capable of carrying a large fmpply of water ; also, a Reservoir in connection with the above Water-race, together with the whole of the working plant belonging to the same. The Claim has also a Tailrrace, 300 yards in length, and the whole Claim is in first-class working order. TERMS AT SALE.
