(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.) Thursday, July 14.
C. Jardine v. Drapper and party. — The defendants wure charged with encroaching and working on plaintiffs claim, situated in Munros Gully. The evidence was so unsatisfactory on the part of the plaintiff that the Warden gave judgment for defendants with costs of Court, 9s, and expenses, 30s.
Phoenix Water Company v. T. Quirk and party. — Claim, £14, for water supplied. Verdict for plaintiffs for amount claimed with costs.
