"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the 1M Partnership hitherto existing between tlie undersigned Andrew Ferguson, Andrew Burns, and Jobn Ludford, in the Trade or Business of Neivspaper Proprietors and General Printers; at Lawrence, in the Province of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, under the Firm of FERGUSON, BURNS, and LUDFORD, lias been this day, in so far as the said John Ludford is concerned, DISSOLVED by mutual consent : And Notice is hereby further Given, that the share in the said Business hitherto held by the said John Ludford has been purchased conjointly by the mid Andrew Ferguson and Andrew Burns, by whom the Business will, from this date, be carried on, under the Firm of FERGUSON and BURNS; and that the said Firm of FERGUSON and BURNS will pay and receive ail Accounts owing by and to the late Firm of Ferguson, Burns, and Ludford, on account thereof, in the regular course of trade.
