DISSOLUTION OF PABTNEBSHIP. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Partnership hitherto existing behveen the undersigned Andrew Ferguson, Andrew Burns, and John Ludford, in the Trade or Business of Newspaper Proprietors and General Printers, at Lawrence, in the Province of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, under the Firm of FERGUSON, BURNS, and LUDFORD, lias been this day, in so far as the said John Ludford is concerned, DISSOLVED by mutual consent : And Notice is hereby further Given, that the sliare in the said Business hitherto held by t]ie said John Ludford has been purchased conjointly by the said Andrew Ferguson and Andrew Burns, by wliom the Business will, from this date, be carried on, under the Firm of FERGUSON and BURNS; and that the said Firm of FERGUSON and BURNS will pay and receive all Accounts owing by and to the late Firm of Ferguson, Burns, and Ludford, on account thereof, in the regular course of trade.
