MATTHEW HAY " has received instructions from the Executor in the Estate of the late Mr. Edwin Cousing, to sell by publio auction, on the ground, Havelock, on the above date, at one o'clock, One-fourth Share in a four-acre claim, in full working order, situated at Havelock, Waitahuna ; together with a fourth share in a two-mile water race, also in mining plant, consisting of an eight-feet water-wheel, pump, and tools; and in 2 horses and foal, 2 drays, smithy, house, garden, and stable.
