Forty-five acres are fenced in, ten acres of which are broken up, and have been cropped with oats, two acres of turnips, and half-acre potatoes, to be sold by valuation. There is a two-roomed weatherboard house, fowl-house, piggery, stockyard, and one chain square of garden, well and sufficiently stocked with fruit trees, with a stream of pure water running past the house ; also, plenty of timber adjoining the sections, and a good run for cattle and sheep, as the Goldfields reserves adjoin the farm.
