(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.) Saturday, 21st May. Thomas Quirk and party applied for permission to prospect on ground held under lease by Richard Willing Nichols, "Waitahuna Road. Permission was granted, but the applicants to enter into an agreement to till up all holes and excavations to the satisfaction of Nichols.
