(Btfore W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.) Monday, May 9. Barkman and Felton v. Roberts and party. — For encroachment on plaintiffs mining claim, Evan's Flat. Mr. Copland for plaintiffs, and Mr. Mouat for defendent. Judgment reserved. Ledgerwood v. Fraser and party — For damage done to plaintiffs tail-race. Mr. Copland for plaintiff, and Mr. Mouat for defend ents. In consequence of a lapse of time in miners' right, the case was non-suited.
