THE CONTINENT.
The preliminaries of proceedings for the trial of Prince Bonaparte are completed. He is to be tried at Tours by the High Court of Justice. The CEcumenical Council continues its sittings on the question of the infallibility of the Pope, which is not yet settled, and it is probable the Council will adjourn.
