MATTHEW HAY has received instructions from the Mortgagee to sell by public auction, on the Ground, at Horseshoe Bend, on Thursday, May 19th, One-fifth Share in that valuable Water Race, known as Rigney and Parry's, running from the Menzion Burn to the Horseshoe Bend, registered to carry 5 heads of water, and capable of carrying 10. Jennings (who is about to leave the polony for England) to sell by public auction, on Wednesday and Thursday, 4th and sth May next, at Switzers, That large and commodious Hotel known as the MINERS' RIGHT HOTEL, .FRENCHMAN'S HltL, Containing -ten bedrooms, large conCert or dining-room, billiardroom, bar-room, bar-rparlour, j kitchen, and outhouses, and large garden attached. Also, all the FURNITURE ! connected with the above, j Consisting of a valuable billiard table, complete, with furniture j chairs, - tables, sofas, beds and bedding, large cooking stove, with cooking utensils complete ; and all the requisites connected with a good hotel in working order. The above premises are now in occupation of Mr. Alex. Dean, at a rental of £3 per week. Also, A six-acre Paddock, with substantial fence, situated in Happy Valley.
