"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, tlutfc -L" parties wishing to Depasture Stock in the Tuapeka Depasturing District for the ensuing six months, must make application, in the annexed form, to the Gold Receiver, Lawrence, oil or before Ist day of April, 1870. Parties neglecting to make snch. application -within the time above mentioned, cannot receive a License till the expiry of three months from such, date, and thereby will render themselves liable to a Penalty for Depasturing Cattle without a License.
