NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that parties wishing to Depasture Stock in the Tuapeka Depasturing District for the ensuing six months, must make application, in the annexed form, to the Gold Receiver, Lawrence, on pr before Ist $ay of April, 1870. Parties neglecting to make snch appli" cation within the time above mentioned, cannot receive a License till the expiry of three months from such date, and thereby will render themselves liable to a Penalty for Depasturing Cattle without a License. Forms of Application to be had from the Gold Receiver, Lawrence, or, the Inspector, Mr. John Ma.ckay, Waitahuna. Dated this 9th day of March, 1870. (Signed; G. O. F-.
