At a meeting of the Education Board held in Dunedin on the 31st ult., Mr. Hislop reported the following changes of teachers and fresh appointments in several schools throughout the province: —Lawrence : Mrs. Dale, mistress ; J. Menzies, second master. Blue Spur : Miss Clark, sewing mistress. Wetherstones : Mrs. Marriott, sewing teacher. Tokomairiro: P. M'lntyre, second master. Clyde, E. Ings, master. Queenstown, K. Sutherland master ; Mrs. Sutherland, mistress. Memorials for the formation of side-schools at Tuapeka, Waitahuna, and Adam's Flat, were referred to the Secretary,
