The weights to b,e declared in the " Daily Times" of February sth, Acceptances, vith 2 guineas, together with sweepstakes of 2 guineas, to be received by the Secretary before ten o'clock p.m. on Monday, February 7th, 1870. Distance, two miles, HANDICAP TROTTING RACE, of 25 soys. Distance, three miles. Entrance, 2 soys. Optional saddle or harness, No weight under lOst. 111 b. HACK SELLING RACE, of 20 soys. No weight under lOst. One mile heats. The winner to be sold by public auction for £20 ; the surplus, if any, to go to the Race Fund. SECOND DAY. LADIES' PURSE, of 30 soys. Entrance, 3 guineas. Gentlemen riders. Welter weights. Distance, two miles. TOAVN PLATE, of 100 soys. Second horse to receive 10 soys. out of stakes. Distance, three miles. Weight for age. Entrance, 5 guineas. HURDLE RACE, of 30 soys. Welter weights. Distance, two and a half miles ; over nine flight of hurdles, 3|ft. high. Entrance, 2 gaineas. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, of 15 soys. , for all beaten horses. All disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the Programme shall be final. ' Entrance money, enclosed with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of tHe horse, and name qf owner and colours of the rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined £2. !
