Prince Charlie is a bright bay, rising five years old, stands sixteen hands high, has a remarkably fine temper, and is an excellent worker. Prince Charlie was got by Old Prince Charlie (imported from Scotland by Messrs. J. and M. Macintosh, Victoria), out of an imported mare, by Blackleg, who has gained many prizes in Dunedin and Taieri open shows. TERMS, £2, payable at end of the season ; Groom's Fee, ss, payable at time of service. Guarantees according to agreement. Prince Charlie will be at Clark's Flat on Monday, 15th November, and Thursday, 18th November ; at Potts's Victoria Hotel, Lawrence, on Tuesday and Wednesday, 16th and lfth November, and at Waitahuna on the 19th and 20th November — and will call at these respective places every fortnight. THE -well-known Clydesdale Entire Horse, BOISDALE, Will Travel this Season in the MOUNT BENGEE DISTEICT, stopping at Michael McCarthy's Dumbarton Rock Hotel, Moa Flat, Teviot, and several other places throughout the district. Boist)ale is a dark bay horse, rising 8 years old, with black points ; stands IT hands high, has superior temper, fine bone, strength, and symmetry. Boisdale has proved himself to be a sure foal-getter at Tokomairiro, West Taieri, Popotunoa, and Mount Benger. Some of his stock will be seen at the show in Tokomairiro. Boisdale was bred by George Scott, Esq., Woodside, Van Dieman's Land. When two years old he obtained the first prize in Launceston. His dam, Beauty, an imported Clydesdale mare, obtained the first prizes at the shows at Westport, Longport, and Launceston ; his sire, Clydesdale, who gained several prizes in the home country, was imported from Glasgow by R. R. Kermode, Esq., Mona Vale, Boisdale. A large paddock, comprising 60 acres, j well grassed and plenty of water, will be provided for mares coming from a distance, free of charge ; and every attention paid, but without responsibility.
