No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme unless the latter be qualified as the lonafide property for two months of a subscriber to the Race Fund of one guinea. The entries for the District Handicap to be forwarded to Mr. A. Ferguson, " Tuapeka Times," on or before the 23rd December, with name, age, &c, and colours of riders.
