Weight, Stephenson, .and Co, report for the week ending the 18th inst as follows : — Fat Cattle.— We yarded one draft frommiddling to good quality, the prices realised were equal to from 20s to 25s per 100 lbs \ prime beef is wortli 25s to 27s 6d per 100 lbs. Fat Sheep.— We sold 200 hall-breds at 2d per lb, and quote good mutton from lid to 2d per lb. Fat lambs have brought from 1% 6d to 8s 6fl each. Store Cuttle. — There are no sale's to note. Quotations — Steors 2 to 4 years old, L 4 10s "to L 5 10s; mixed mobs, L 3 10s to Li. £tore sheep — 4, 6, and 8-tooth merino wethers may be quoted »t from 6s to 63 6d ; mixe.l hogg?t3, 6s 6i each. Horses.— We sold the third draft of Mr. M'Leish's shipment of light colts and filliesat from Ll3 10s to L2l There are enquiries for young heavy draught stock, and yeiy few offering. Current rates are : heavy draught, from L 45 to LSO; medium, L 25 to L 33 - r flrst-ela*3 hacks and light harness horses, L 25 and upwards, according to quality; useful do, Ll2 to LlB ; inferior, nominal.
