Bois^ale is a dark bay ho.'ae, rising 8 years old, with bluclc points : stands 17 hands high, has tuperior temper, Hne bone, strength, and symmetry. Boisdals h;is proved himself to be a sure foal-getrer at Tokomairiro, West Taieri, Popotunoa, and Mount Banger. Som« of his stock will be seen at the show jn Tokomairiro. Boisdale was bred by George Scolt, Esq., Woodside, Van Dieman's Land. When two years old he obtained the first prize iv Lnunceston. His d.un, Beauty, an imported Cijdasdale mare, obtained the first prizes at the shows at Wesiport, jpoiigport, and L'lunccston ; his sire, Ciydjsciala, who gained several prizes in '>v tiie home country, was imported from Glasgow by R.. H. Kermode, Esq., Moua Vale, Boisdalo. A Jarge paddock, comprising 60 acres, well grassed and plenty of water, will be provided for mares coming from a distance, free of charge ; and every attention paid, but without responsibility.
