MATTHEW HAY has received instructions to sell by public auction, on Saturday, 6th November, 1869, at his Sale Room, Ross Place, Lawrence, at one o'clock sharp, That splendid CLAIM known by the name of Cant well and Bolakd's Claim, comprising 3 acres, more or less, and situated within 3 miles of the Tuapeka Mouth, on the Tuapeka river : together with a full supp'y of water all the year round; also, the Mining Plant complete. This Claim is held by five shareholders, and will be sold in shares to suit purchasers.
