(Before Wilson Gray, Esq.) The only cases before the sitting of i this Court, are appeals against the Municipal assessment. The appellants were only three, viz., Messrs. Peter Bobortson, John Roberts, and Henry Yye. The two first gob some £30 each struck off,- the. lasfc, through an informality in his notice of appeal, had no status in Court, and consequently his appeal was not entertained. It would be well for parties, who may be disposed to appeal for the future to notice that, notice of appeal must be lodged with the Cleric of the District Court as well as the Town Clerk,
