THE SUPERINTENDENCY.
(To tlie Editor of the Tvapeka Times.) Sir, — I did not s^e your paper containing an article nominating Mr. Wilson Gray as Superintendent till the other day, but I cannot help expressing my joy that there is a prospeot of getting such a man into office. Uld Victorians will, lam sure, rally round ; and as there seems some doubt whether Sir. Gray will stand or not, I propose that a monster memorial be got up, asking Mm to become a candidate. I don't think a negative answer would be given to this. Perhaps some of the people your way will start such a thing. Indeed we are all sick of Old Identity Government, and are anxious to aid in bringing about a change. If any expenses are incurred, a subscription can easily be got up ; my mite I know will always be ready. — I am, <fee. YICTORIAJT. Switzers, September 80th.
