Ferguson, Burns, & Ludford, the whole of our interest in, and title to, the newspaper known as the ' -Tuapeka Press, 5 ' and also the goodwill of our business as Gerierdl Printers, in the toivn of Lawrence. " Tuapeka Press," and tluitfrom that date the "TIMES" will be fonoarded in lieu iof the "Press" They also beg to state that Advertisements now appearing in the "Press" and not in, the " TIMES" will be transferred to the latter, unless instructions be given to the contrary. The Proprietors of the "TIMES" have vxwih pleasure in intimating tlwi in order to meet the necessities of the wide-spread distnet through ivhich their paper circulates, it is thevr intention to enlarge the paper to eight pages from the commencement of its third year, viz., February 5, 1869.
