NOTICE is Hereby Given that all persons intending to appeal against the Assessment must comply with section 85 of the " Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865," and with section 26 of the " Otago Municipal Corporations Empowering Act, 1865," by giving notice in writing, in the form in Schedule B of the said Act, to the Clerk to the District Court, at Lawrence, and also to the Town Clerk, as well as to any other person who may be affected by such appeal, of his intention to appeal, and setting forth fully, the grounds of such appeal.
