Every protest to be accompanied with a deposit of £1 Is., which shall be forfeited to the Race Fund should the protest prove frivolous or ungrounded. 3. Post entry to all races. 4. The winner of one race not allowed j to start for another— trotting and hurdle races excepted. 5. All jockeys to ride in colours. 6. The decision of the Stewards to be final in all races.
