I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I have this day applied to the Warden, for & Lease of Land for mining purposes, being section 10, block XVIII., Tuapeka East; and that the said application will be heard at the Warden's Ofiice, Lawrence, on Wednesday, 22nd September, 1869.
