WARDEN'S COURT.
(Before TV. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.)
Saturday, 3rd July. M'Kay (Chairman "of ""Board; of "Wardens) v. Sutherland.and, Polsqh.— ' Defendants were charged with running or depasturing 500 sheep on land* set" apart for cattle, pleaded guilty ; but, in mitigation of damages — Ist. That the time allowed for removal by his Worship by former judgment was not sufficient; and 2d. The flock was scabby, and could not be removed until they were dipped, which would be done this week, when they would be removed. Verdict, £5, and £3 costs of witnesses and Court expenses. Defendants to remove th 9 sheep within fourteen days. Thursday, Bth July. Earrell and party v. M'Nab and party. — The Warden gave judgment in this case, and found for plaintiff £12, and costs of Court — no expenses allowed.
