Barnotfc v. Ward.— Claim, £10 155., for goods supplied. Defendant pleaded not indebted, and said the goods were supplied for the Molyneux Gold Dredging Company, of which he was managei'. Case adjourned for one week, to enable defendant to produce certificate of registration of the Company, and other particulars in reference to the legal winding up of the Company.
