In re application of George Lancaster; for agricultural lease, Crookaton district, land objected to by I>. McKinnon on the ground that tlie application, if granted, would completely destroy access to his' dwelling house. The . magistrate resuarked that he was entitled to have jftc/se»- to his premises; but ; tbe matter was. left with the surveyor:' He would communicate with the surveyor, and if a road was absolutely required he should iiave one. He might possibly look at the ground himself the first time he was in She district.
